Goodness Victor currently works as part of Spotify’s Songwriter and Publishing Partnerships team. It’s a role that has seen her create opportunities for songwriters and producers and forge partnerships within the publishing industry. She pivoted into the music industry having previously worked within the design and innovation space at a number of design consultancies like AKQA and Accenture Song. Prior to joining Spotify, she discovered new talent as an A&R scout at Decca Records (UMG). 

Previous music projects include Riffs and Runs R&B Sessions in London with attendees including Rodney "DarkChild" Jerkins, ThankGod4Cody, MNEK and FLO. Songwriter Saturday featuring MNEK. African Heat Producer of the Month featuring Magicsticks, Mellow & Sleazy.

Previous clients for creative projects include Coutts Bank, Hogan Lovells, Regus, BNP Paribas, Virgin Atlantic, Amazon, Dow Jones, Smith and Nephew, Refinitiv, Telstra, ITV and AstraZeneca.
